Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor based in Goregaon. The role involves creating motion graphics and video content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand communication, aligned with rural and semi-urban audiences. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, animating visual elements, editing videos, integrating sound and visual effects, and preparing final outputs in required formats.



The Junior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor will collaborate with creative, copy, and account teams to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and maintain brand consistency across projects. The role also includes managing assets, adhering to deadlines, and continuously refining creative output based on feedback and performance insights.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for creating engaging animated content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and video editing for end-to-end handling of video projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital, social, and campaign assets.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and visually communicate ideas tailored to rural and semi-urban audiences.
- Solid attention to detail, time management skills, and capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field; prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
