Senior Manager - Accounts Payable, Finance

Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations ensuring timely vendor payments, compliance, financial controls, audit readiness and management reporting.

- Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice verification, approvals and payment processing.
- Ensure timely vendor and employee reimbursement payments.
- Review salary disbursement processes and statutory payments.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and other regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and analytical insights.
- Coordinate internal, statutory and tax audits.
- Drive SAP-based process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce/Finance.
- MBA (Finance),
- CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.

Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations or General Accounting in SAP workplace.
