Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced KAM / Operations Manager to manage end-to-end campus operations, institutional client relationships, and business performance for university campuses. The role will focus on maintaining high operational standards, client satisfaction, compliance, team performance, and student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with institutional/university partners and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Drive timely invoicing, collections and revenue realization while controlling leakages and delays.
- Manage end-to-end hostel/campus operations and ensure consistent service standards.
- Lead, manage and develop on-ground teams with clear accountability and performance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, audits and compliance requirements.
- Handle operational incidents,



escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a safe, well-managed and student-centric campus environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency and operational excellence.

Eligibility

- 4–8 years of experience in Operations, Hospitality or Facility Management.
- Strong stakeholder, client and team management skills.
- Proven experience in handling complex operations and driving performance.
- Solid ownership and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing campus/hostel or institutional operations will be relevant.
