Hiring: Deputy Manager (2-3 Years PQE) | Leading Fintech | Mumbai

A leading fintech is looking for a lawyer to join its in-house legal team. You'll own end-to-end legal support across financing documentation, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance, working closely with business, product and finance teams to enable growth while managing legal risk.

What you'll do

- Draft, review and negotiate financing agreements, security documents and other lending documentation
- Draft, review and negotiate service agreements with third-party providers and business partners
- Handle Technology and SaaS agreements, and manage their execution
- Support compliances, regulatory audits and inspections

What we're looking for

- LLB / LLM from a reputed Indian law school or university
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm, NBFC, bank or fintech in-house legal team
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across financing documents and commercial contracts
- Working knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
- Familiarity with DPDPA 2023, the IT Act and related data laws
- Ability to deliver output-ready work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
