Role Description The Presales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving pre-sales activities that support the company's residential offerings. This role involves engaging prospective buyers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored housing solutions through consultations, presentations, and site visits. The Presales Manager will prepare proposals, coordinate with sales and project teams, and support integration of customer requirements into project plans. Daily responsibilities include managing lead pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from presales to sales closure.



The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, tracking metrics, and providing feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.
