- Quantity Take-Offs & BOQ Preparation
- Cost Estimation & Budget Monitoring
- Verification of Contractor Bills & Joint Measurements
- Cost Tracking, Cost Control & Project Reporting
- Tendering Support, Vendor Evaluation & Contract Documentation
- Coordination with Design, Project, Procurement & Site Teams
- Ensuring Compliance with Project Standards & Documentation

Desired Profile

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5-12 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience
- Cost Control experience will be a strong advantage
- Experience in Industrial, Steel Plant, Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Heavy
- Engineering, EPC, or Large Building Projects
- Strong understanding of billing, estimation, contracts, and project controls
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
