About The Role

As an Associate, Client Experience, you will help deliver seamless hospitality services across client visits, events, boardroom operations, and logistics. You will be a key member of the Client Visit Experience team, collaborating with customers, project teams, support functions, vendors, and operational stakeholders to deliver professional, high-quality experiences.

You will coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced environment, address guest requirements, monitor service delivery, improve operational processes, and help maintain Cognizant's service standards.

In This Role, You Will

- Deliver a seamless client experience by coordinating client visits, events, boardroom activities, group bookings, transportation, accommodation, catering, gifts, and other logistics requirements.
- Engage with customers and project teams to understand requirements, communicate clearly, resolve guest concerns, and support timely execution of services.
- Monitor the upkeep and effective utilization of corporate floors, meeting rooms, company vehicles, and guest houses while coordinating with integrated facilities management resources.




- Manage service providers by communicating daily requirements, reviewing performance and service-level adherence, following up on audit observations, and supporting timely invoice processing.
- Prepare and publish daily, monthly, and quarterly operational and management-information reports within established timelines.
- Support location, guest-house, and vendor audits, document observations, and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders until identified actions are closed.
- Contribute to budgeting and cost management by preparing monthly expense information, supporting annual planning, and reviewing invoices periodically.
- Collaborate with support functions and team members to distribute work effectively, maintain service continuity, share knowledge, and guide new team members.
- Create knowledge articles and standard operating procedures and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for new joiners.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, applications, resource utilization, and service delivery while supporting operational changes and innovation initiatives.

What you must have to be considered

- Full-time diploma, graduate, postgraduate, or engineering qualification in any discipline, following a 10+2+3 education pattern.
- Ability to coordinate multiple operational responsibilities in a busy, customer-facing environment.
- Robust customer-service orientation with the ability to handle guest concerns and communicate service and facility information.
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers, project teams, support functions, facilities teams, and external vendors.
- Capability to maintain operational reports, track service requests, and follow established processes and timelines.
- Solid sense of ownership, attention to service quality, and commitment to delivering meaningful customer outcomes.

These will help you succeed

- Educational background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food Technology.
- Experience supporting client visits, corporate hospitality, events, boardroom operations, or workplace services.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination, invoice review, service-level monitoring, audits, and management-information reporting.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify practical service improvements.
- Experience creating process documentation, knowledge articles, or delivering knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Interest in process optimization, application enhancements, automation, and operational innovation.
