We are seeking an experienced Manager – Commercial to join our growing Data Center team in Navi Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring effective cost control, risk mitigation, cash flow management, procurement strategy, and stakeholder management.

This is a leadership role requiring solid commercial acumen, contract administration expertise, and the ability to drive project profitability while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for data center projects.
- Manage project cash flow, client billing, subcontractor payments, and financial reporting.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate commercial risks while maximizing project opportunities.
- Lead contract administration, variation management, claims, and dispute avoidance.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.




- Oversee procurement strategies and subcontract management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost-to-complete reports, and monthly cost reports.
- Review and approve commercial documentation, contractual notices, and project financial controls.
- Collaborate closely with Project Directors, Construction Teams, Planning Teams, and Finance functions.
- Mentor and lead commercial team members to drive high performance and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Degree in Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in Construction, Mission Critical Facilities, or Data Center projects.
- Proven experience managing the commercial function for large and complex Construction projects.
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, claims management, and commercial risk.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, financial, and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
