Role Description The role will involve editing property walkthroughs, Instagram Reels, short-form videos and other branded content for Saffron Stone Realty.

The focus is on creating content that feels premium, clean, cinematic and authentic — without making the footage look overly edited or artificial.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels and short-form property videos

• Edit apartment walkthroughs and property showcase videos

• Create strong openings and engaging pacing

• Add suitable music, sound effects, subtitles and text overlays

• Perform colour correction and basic sound enhancement

• Maintain consistent visual quality across all videos

• Create content suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Work with property footage, photos, logos and other provided assets

• Deliver completed videos within agreed timelines

What We're Looking For

• Good understanding of short-form video editing

• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and music selection





• Attention to detail

• Ability to make property footage look premium while keeping it natural and realistic

• Understanding of colour correction and basic sound design

- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver polished, client-ready videos.
- Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing formats (short-form, vertical video, reels, and teasers).
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in real estate, luxury brands, or high-end marketing content is an advantage.
- Relevant certification or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related discipline is beneficial.
