Role Description This full-time Technical Trainer role is a hybrid position based in Indore, with a mix of in office training delivery and some work-from-home responsibilities for content preparation and online sessions. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training programs for Linux, cloud, networking, and related certification tracks (such as RHCSA, RHCE, Python, AWS, CCNA, Google Cloud, and Azure). Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, labs, and assessments; conducting classroom and virtual training sessions; evaluating learner progress; and providing constructive feedback and mentoring.



The role also involves updating course content to align with the latest exam objectives, collaborating with the training team on curriculum improvements, and maintaining high training quality and learner satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Training and Technical Trainers experience, with a focus on Linux, cloud, or networking technologies.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Relevant certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, AWS, CCNA, Google Cloud, or Azure are highly beneficial.
- Experience delivering both in-person and online training sessions in a classroom or corporate environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a learner-focused approach, with the ability to support beginners and advanced learners.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
