Role Description

The Hospitality Associate (F&B; Service, Housekeeping, and Front Office) is a full-time, in office role based at Uday Palace Navsari in Navsari. This role focuses on welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, and supporting guests with inquiries, special requests, and hotel services. Day-to-day tasks include providing attentive customer service, coordinating with front office and food & beverage teams, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment in guest areas.



The Hospitality Associate helps ensure a smooth guest experience, supports service delivery during peak periods, and follows hotel policies and brand standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Hospitality and Food & Beverage skills to support guest services and coordinate with dining operations.
- Ability to remain skilled, calm, and solution-oriented in busy or challenging situations.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel or restaurant systems are beneficial.
- Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or guest-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Availability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
