Role Description The Dispatch Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Dholka, responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. This role includes planning and scheduling dispatches, coordinating with warehouse and production teams, and monitoring vehicle and driver assignments. The Dispatch Supervisor will track shipments, resolve operational or delivery issues, and maintain records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.



The role also involves communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, optimizing routes where applicable, and supervising dispatch staff to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and workload planning.
- Hands-on experience in dispatching, shipment scheduling, and day-to-day logistics operations.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to manage internal coordination and client interactions.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations or relevant transport and safety guidelines applicable to dispatch operations.
- Ability to use dispatch, ERP, or logistics management software and maintain accurate documentation.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, textiles, or related industries is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.
