Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
- Perform CNC machine programming and make necessary program adjustments as per production needs.
- Prepare and arrange tools, fixtures, gauges, and accessories required for machining operations.
- Ensure weekly and monthly production schedules and target quantities are achieved.
- Monitor and control production performance by tracking planned time versus actual time.
- Maintain the required quality standards and ensure defect-free production.




- Ensure on-time delivery commitments are met through effective machine utilization and production planning.

Requirements / Skills

- ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of CNC machine programming and program interpretation.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool setting, and machining parameters.
- Understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and measurement instruments.
- Basic computer knowledge for production reporting and machine-related documentation.
