Key Responsibilities

Floor Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks to operators, and adjust resources to meet shift production quotas.

Quality Control: Enforce quality assurance standards, conduct product inspections, and track non-conforming materials to reduce waste.

Safety & Compliance: Implement and audit safety protocols (e.g., PPE, hazard reporting) and uphold regulatory or Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.

Continuous Improvement: Spearhead or participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives, 5S workplace organization, and root cause analyses to optimize efficiency.

Team Management & Training: Onboard new hires, cross-train staff, evaluate performance, and resolve day-to-day conflicts to maintain high team morale.





Qualifications & RequirementsExperience

0–2 years of hands-on manufacturing, assembly, or equivalent experience.(DME or BE) Mechanical Engineering

Physical: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in moderate-to-high noise environments, and lift up to 50 lbs (varies by industry).

Core KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

OEE: Overall Equipment Effectiveness.

PPH: Units produced Per Person Hour.

Safety Incidents: Zero reportable accidents/injuries.

Scrap/Rework Rate: Target percentages for material waste reduction.
