Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-sales Technical Consultant Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by understanding prospective client requirements, demonstrating Crio.Do's products and platform capabilities, and assisting in tailoring solutions to align with learner and institutional needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting basic technical assessments, responding to product-related queries, collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, and helping troubleshoot issues raised during pre-sales conversations.



The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, gathering feedback to improve demos and presentations, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the pre-sales process.
Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client needs, assess technical requirements, and derive actionable insights.
- Consulting and Sales abilities to engage prospects, understand their challenges, and clearly articulate suitable solutions.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address basic product queries, resolve minor technical issues, and coordinate with product teams when needed.
- Comfort with technology platforms and a basic understanding of software development or edtech products.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a simple, structured way.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client interactions in parallel.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in pre-sales, customer success, or technical support is an advantage but not mandatory.
