Job Summary

V3 Façade Design Studio is looking for a Revit Modeller to join our Façade Design & Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed façade models and drawings, supporting façade design development, and coordinating with architects, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D façade models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare façade plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and details.
- Model façade systems including curtain walls, structural glazing, unitized/stick glazing, aluminium cladding, fins, louvers, skylights, canopies, and railings.
- Create and modify Revit families and façade components.
- Develop models based on architectural drawings and façade design requirements.
- Coordinate façade models with architectural and structural drawings.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain accurate, updated models.
- Assist in preparation of design development, tender, and shop drawing documentation.
- Coordinate with façade designers, engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Ensure drawings and models are accurate and completed within project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant Revit modelling experience.
- Autodesk Revit – Mandatory.
- AutoCAD – Mandatory.
- Positive understanding of façade systems and construction detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.




- Experience in façade consultancy / architectural / building-envelope projects will be preferred.

Company Description V3 Façade Design Studio (V3FDS) is a façade design consultancy based in Mumbai, working on projects with a cumulative façade value exceeding 900 Cr. Founded in July 2019, the studio has grown steadily despite challenging market conditions and is actively engaged across diverse asset classes. The team brings extensive experience across commercial buildings, IT parks, residential developments, private villas, hospitals, hospitality projects, and data centers. V3FDS focuses on both functional and aesthetic façade performance, delivering solutions that balance design intent, technical requirements, and project economics. The studio collaborates closely with clients and project teams to provide optimized, practical, and high-quality façade outcomes.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Revit Modeler role based in Thane. The Revit Modeler will develop accurate 3D façade models and detailed drawings using Revit, ensuring alignment with project specifications, design intent, and engineering requirements. Daily responsibilities include setting up and managing Revit families, views, and sheets; coordinating models with structural and architectural disciplines; and updating models based on design changes and redlines.



The role involves preparing façade layouts, sections, and details; maintaining organized project files and standards; and supporting the design team with technical documentation for tenders, construction, and coordination. The Revit Modeler will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and consultants to meet deadlines and ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Revit for façade modeling, including creation and management of families, parametric components, and detailed 3D/2D documentation.
- Strong skills in technical drawing, drafting standards, and detailing of façade elements such as curtain walls, cladding systems, and glazing assemblies.
- Experience coordinating architectural and structural models, managing clashes, and maintaining clean, well-structured project files.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and façade system details with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding of façade design principles, materials, and performance considerations (e.g., structural behavior, thermal and acoustic performance, weatherproofing).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and respond constructively to feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; prior experience in façade design or building envelope modeling is an advantage.
- Familiarity with related software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Navisworks, or similar) is beneficial.
