Summary: We are looking for a OneStream Functional Support Consultant to provide operational and functional support to the finance department, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

- OneStream Functional Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to Finance users.
- Data Uploads: Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc uploads into OneStream.
- Currency Adjustments: Manage and troubleshoot currency changes.
- Issue Resolution: Handle functional issues that cannot be resolved internally.
- User Guidance: Assist users with navigation, workflows, and best-practice usage.
- Validation & Controls: Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of issues and process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with Finance, FP&A;, and IT stakeholders across regions.

Must Haves:

- 3+ years of functional OneStream experience.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, consolidation, reporting, and data structures.
- Experience supporting global finance teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues independently.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working remotely with international stakeholders.
- India-based consultant preferred.

Nice to Haves:

- Experience in similar roles within finance companies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their financial modules.
- Certifications in finance or accounting.
