Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be a with robust knowledge of AutoCAD, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, and material calculations for interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Study and understand architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

* Read and interpret interior project BOQs accurately.

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for interior fit-out projects.

* Perform material quantity take-offs and material calculations based on project drawings.

* Analyze project requirements and estimate labor, material, and other project costs.

* Coordinate with procurement and project teams for pricing and cost validation.

* Maintain estimation records and ensure timely submission of quotations.

* Support project planning by providing accurate cost and quantity information.





Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* 1–3 years of experience in estimation, quantity surveying, or cost estimation (freshers with relevant skills may also apply).

* Good knowledge of AutoCAD.

* Strong understanding of interior fit-out projects and BOQ preparation.

* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

* Ability to visualize and interpret technical drawings.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and cost calculation methods.
