Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role based in Surat. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and referred customers, present product offerings, explain features and pricing, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, and supporting after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on inventory and delivery status, participating in local marketing or promotional activities, and meeting individual and team sales targets.



The Salesperson is expected to represent SCALE CRAFT HUB professionally and uphold company values in all customer interactions.
Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle diverse customer needs.
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and understanding of pricing and margins.
- Comfort with maintaining records, using point-of-sale or CRM tools, and handling cash or digital transactions accurately.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and reliability in completing daily tasks.
- Ability to work in office in Surat, collaborate with a team, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Prior experience in retail or B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and accept coaching is essential.
- Minimum high school education; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are an advantage.
- Comfort communicating in English and local languages commonly used in Surat to effectively serve customers.
