Youphoria is an creative EdTech startup dedicated to transforming student development through holistic, interactive, and gamified educational frameworks. We empower middle and secondary school students with essential life skills, digital wisdom, leadership, and personal growth tools. We are expanding our footprint and looking for dynamic, articulate, and driven graduates to join our on-field Public Relations and Outreach team in Varanasi.

Position Overview

We are seeking high-energy, ambitious interns for a 3-month on-field internship based in Varanasi. In this role, you will act as the face of Youphoria, driving our institutional outreach efforts by visiting local schools, connecting with key stakeholders (such as school principals, directors, and educators), and presenting our student development programs.

This internship is designed for individuals who excel in interpersonal communication, possess exceptional command over spoken English, and are eager to build a career in institutional sales, public relations, or edtech business development. Top-performing interns will be evaluated for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities

- School Outreach & Visits: Travel in teams across designated locations in Varanasi to visit partner and prospective K-12 schools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Program Presentation:



Pitch and demonstrate Youphoria's curriculum and student development initiatives to school management.
- PR & Brand Representation: Act as a core member of the PR and outreach team, representing the company with professionalism, poise, and enthusiasm.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather institutional feedback, report daily visit outcomes, and collaborate with the core team to refine outreach strategies.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Educational Status: Candidates should have completed their Bachelor's degree. (Preferred fields of study include - Mass Communication, Psychology, Business Administration/MBA, Education, Literature, or related disciplines).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional command over spoken English with strong public speaking and communication skills (proficiency in Hindi is also required for local coordination, but a strong emphasis is placed on fluent and professional English communication).
- Location & Commute: Based in Varanasi and fully available for on-field daily commuting and school visits.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident, persuasive, resilient, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment
