Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising material receipt and dispatch, ensuring proper storage of goods, maintaining records, and coordinating with purchase, production, accounts, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the store/warehouse efficiently.
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, quality, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
- Issue materials to production, maintenance, sales, or other departments against authorized requests.
- Maintain accurate stock records, registers, and inventory documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper handling of damaged, obsolete, excess, or rejected materials.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, issue slips, stock transfer records, and other store-related documents.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.




- Supervise store helpers and other warehouse staff and allocate daily work.
- Maintain proper security and control of inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required stock records and documents.
- Identify process improvements to reduce stock losses, discrepancies, and operational delays.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in stores, inventory, warehouse, or materials management.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to supervise a team and manage day-to-day store activities.
