Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Distributor Sales Representative - Lubricants at NISO Green Tech Solutions, located in Hyderabad/Vizag. The Distributor Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory. The role involves promoting and selling lubricant products to distributors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets.



Daily tasks include identifying current sales opportunities, negotiating and closing sales deals, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. The representative will also be responsible for regular reporting and coordination with the sales team and management.

Qualifications

- Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the lubricants market and technical understanding of lubricant products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Marketing
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
- Valid 2 Wheeler driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
