Are you a finance qualified with strong experience in manufacturing and plant finance We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing plant and drive business performance through effective financial planning, analysis, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage plant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

✅ Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost optimization initiatives.

✅ Analyse plant performance, variances, and key financial metrics to support decision-making.

✅ Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and internal control requirements.

✅ Partner with plant leadership to drive operational efficiency and profitability.





✅ Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.

✅ Support capital expenditure evaluation and investment proposals.

Requirements:

* CA / CMA qualification.

* 8-12 years of experience in plant finance, manufacturing finance, or financial controlling.

* Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

* Experience with ERP systems.

* Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
