Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surveyor or LiDAR Operator based in Rajasthan, India. The role typically involves conducting field surveys, operating LiDAR and related surveying equipment, collecting accurate spatial data, and documenting measurements in line with project specifications and safety standards. The Surveyor or LiDAR Operator will assist in site preparation, coordinate with project engineers and supervisors, and help interpret survey outputs for mapping, construction, or infrastructure projects. Daily activities may include setting up instruments, validating data quality, preparing basic survey reports, and maintaining surveying tools and devices. The role requires adherence to company procedures, regulatory requirements, and project timelines while working effectively in outdoor and varied site conditions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in land surveying, LiDAR equipment operation, and use of basic surveying instruments (e.g., total stations, GPS devices).
- Candidates should possess practical skills in data collection, field measurements,



and basic data validation for mapping or construction-related projects.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of survey documentation, report preparation, and accurate record-keeping related to project sites and measurements.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with safety protocols, site procedures, and compliance requirements for on-site work environments.
- Candidates should possess valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and a collaborative working style.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, geomatics, surveying, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in surveying or LiDAR operations is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site across various project locations in Rajasthan and flexibility in work schedules based on project needs are expected.
