As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the work being performed. The engineer actively drives innovation and problem-solving throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring that applications meet the evolving needs of the organization and its clients.

- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development initiatives to meet project goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration of AI services into enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ office.
