Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Lucknow. The Social Media Manager will plan, execute, and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for engagement and reach, and monitoring performance metrics. The role also involves coordinating with design and marketing teams, responding to audience queries and comments, and refining social media optimization (SMO)



tactics based on analytics and trends. The Social Media Manager is expected to stay updated on platform changes and best practices to support brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications

- Solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with online audiences.
- Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy tailored to specific channels and target segments.
- Solid Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social media copy.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in managing brand pages or digital campaigns for technology or software services is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
