About Product Space

Product Space is a learning community built for aspiring and early-stage product managers. We help candidates break into product roles through structured courses, mentorship, and real-world projects — backed by a network of PMs across top startups and tech companies.

The Role

This is not a typical internship. As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll work directly alongside the founders — sitting in on strategy conversations, owning pieces of new initiatives, and getting your hands dirty across functions. One week you might be researching a current market opportunity; the next you could be setting up an operational process from scratch or driving a launch end to end. If you're the kind of person who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to see how a startup really works from the inside — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

1. Work directly with the founders on high-priority initiatives across growth, product, operations, and partnerships
2. Take ownership of new projects from zero to one — research, planning, execution, and iteration
3. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform strategic decisions
4. Help set up processes, systems, and workflows for functions that are being built for the first time
5. Coordinate cross-functionally liaising between teams to ensure initiatives move without friction

Prepare decks, memos, and briefs that communicate ideas and progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders
7. Identify gaps, flag risks, and proactively bring solutions to the table — not just problems

Who You Are

1. Exceptionally resourceful — you figure things out, with or without a playbook
2. A strong written and verbal communicator; you can structure your thinking and convey it clearly
3. Comfortable context-switching between strategic thinking and on-the-ground execution
4. Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
5. Someone who takes feedback well, iterates fast, and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
6. Curious about startups, product, and what it takes to build something from scratch
7. Prior experience in consulting, product, growth, or startup environments is a strong plus
