About the Role artha.link helps creators—including newsletter writers, YouTubers, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp community admins, and LinkedIn creators—earn by sharing curated jobs with their audience. We're hiring someone to build creator prospect lists and run the first stages of outreach. You'll spend most of your time working with spreadsheets, search tools, and Apollo. What You'll Do List Building Find creators using LinkedIn search, newsletter marketplaces (e.g. Paved), and newsletter discovery tools (e.g. Reletter). Clean and deduplicate the lists you build. Sort prospects by fit, including niche, follower count, platform, and activity. Flag bad or unclear data instead of guessing. Keep a simple,



repeatable process for each source. Outreach Load and run sequences in Apollo once the copy and sender are approved by Bhavik or the relevant lead. Track opens, clicks, and replies, and report them weekly. Sort replies into categories such as interested, objection, opt-out, and needs sample. Pass relevant replies and conversations to the appropriate team member. Never send recent copy or sequences without approval. Help with email, LinkedIn DMs, and Instagram DMs using approved team templates.
