We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to own and grow our revenue engine. In this role you'll run the full sales cycle end to end from generating and qualifying pipeline, through discovery and negotiation, to closing and expanding key accounts. You'll be measured on revenue against quarterly targets and will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success to convert opportunities into long-term customers. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable prospecting a new logo and managing a strategic account relationship.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a healthy, forecastable pipeline and report on it accurately each week
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Grow and retain key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- Partner with marketing to shape lead-generation campaigns and improve lead quality




- Conduct market and competitor research to sharpen positioning and pricing
- Keep the CRM current with activities, notes, and accurate deal stages
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and negotiations

Requirements

- 5+ years of B2B sales / business development experience with a proven target-achievement record
- Robust command of the full sales cycle and consultative selling
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and accounts simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus

- Experience selling SaaS or technology products
- Existing network in the target industry/segment
