Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainees in Inside Sales. This is a campus hiring opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidates should be fluent in English and will be based in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

Inside Sales:

Engage in outbound calling and email campaigns to generate leads and promote products/services.

Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

Gather information on competitor activities and market dynamics.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Address customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.

Language Proficiency:

communicate effectively with customers in different regions.

Training and Development:

Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.





Stay updated on industry best practices and sales techniques.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Coordinate with team members to share insights and strategies.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Provide regular reports on sales performance to the management.

Adaptability:

Adapt quickly to changes in product offerings, sales strategies, and market conditions.

Embrace continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
