We are hiring an HR Associate with 2+ years of experience to support the full employee lifecycle. You'll coordinate recruitment, manage onboarding, and handle day-to-day HR operations while supporting employee-engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups

• Manage onboarding and documentation for current hires

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries

• Maintain HR records and HRMS/ATS data

• Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and confidentiality

Mandatory Skills

• 2+ years in an HR / recruitment role

• End-to-end recruitment coordination

• Onboarding and HR operations

• Familiarity with HRMS / ATS tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to detail and discretion

Nice to Have: tech hiring experience; Indian HR/labor compliance knowledge
