We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of platform experience to architect and deliver scalable solutions. You'll lead technical design across Apex, LWC, and integrations, set best practices, and mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Salesforce solutions and lead technical design

• Build with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL

• Design and implement integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware)

• Own data modeling and platform best practices

• Review code and mentor developers

• Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years on the Salesforce platform

• Solid Apex, LWC, and SOQL

• Integration design (REST/SOAP, middleware)

• Solution architecture and data modeling

• Technical leadership and code review

• Salesforce certifications (preferred)

Nice to Have: Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ; CI/CD (SFDX, Git)
