We're seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to open new markets, forge strategic partnerships, and drive net-new revenue. Unlike a pure closing role, this position is about creating opportunity — identifying underserved segments, building relationships with prospective clients and partners, and shaping the go-to-market motion that turns those relationships into signed deals. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, own your pipeline end to end, and act as a trusted advisor to both prospects and internal teams. This is a strategic, relationship-first role for a senior operator who thrives on building something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospects and partners
- Lead client acquisition from first contact through onboarding
- Conduct market, segment, and competitor research to inform go-to-market strategy
- Negotiate and close strategic deals and partnership agreements




- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth handoffs
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums

Requirements

- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
- Proven track record of new-client acquisition and partnership building
- Robust negotiation, relationship-management, and communication skills
- Experience conducting market research and shaping go-to-market plans
- Comfortable operating autonomously and owning outcomes
- CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
