The Loyalty Product Manager is responsible for developing an engaging, profitable, and customer-centric loyalty program. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of customer behaviors and be adept at customer segmentation, targeting, acquisition and retention strategies.

The Loyalty Program Manager will be instrumental in enhancing customer loyalty and engagement, driving increased repeat business.

The role involves assisting Senior Product Managers/Business stakeholders in strategic planning and exceptional attention to detail and focus on execution. This role will also involve working with cross collaboration teams to develop, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs to increase customer retention and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Define and segment customer groups, develop targeting strategies
- Monitor customer feedback, industry trends and competitive landscape to improve programs
- Analyze program performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance the program
- Collaborate with marketing,



shopper experience and other functions within the organisation to integrate loyalty programs into wider business strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate with program management and engineering teams across geographies to ensure proper execution
- Ensure program compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Define and execute the product roadmap
- Partner with UX designers to create intuitive and engaging Loyalty interfaces.

Experience Required:

- 6-9 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, grocery, or
- consumer marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with design teams.
- Proven ability to write detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Experience in launching and optimizing digital products
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in a global team setting.
