Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven candidate to join our team as a Delegate Acquisition & Management Executive. The role involves reaching out to CXOs and senior professionals, inviting them to CXO Junction's events and initiatives, managing registrations and follow-ups, and ensuring strong delegate participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective delegates through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Invite and onboard CXOs and senior professionals for events, webinars, roundtable, and community initiatives.
• Follow up with prospects to drive registrations and attendance.
• Manage delegate confirmations, reminders,



and event-day coordination.
• Maintain and regularly update delegate databases, CRM, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve delegate acquisition and audience targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with delegates.

What We're Looking For:
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Confident and comfortable speaking with senior professionals and CXOs.
• Positive follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, business development, or events is an added advantage but not mandatory.
