We are looking for a skilled and proactive ITSM Knowledge Manager to lead our knowledge management initiatives within the IT Service Management domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing knowledge bases to empower teams, improve service delivery, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain the ITSM knowledge base for accuracy and accessibility
Analyze usage data to identify gaps and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document best practices
Drive content standardization and ensure compliance with organizational policies




Monitor key metrics to measure knowledge management effectiveness
Train staff on effective use of knowledge resources

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in ITSM or knowledge management roles
✅ Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Experience with knowledge management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint)
