Moonbox is looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Designer who combines strong design craft with an AI-first way of working. You’ll create distinctive brand identities and creative work across digital and physical touchpoints, moving quickly from ideas to polished execution.
You’ll develop concepts, identity systems, campaign visuals, and presentation-ready work; collaborate with strategists and project teams; and explain your thinking clearly to colleagues and clients. You should be comfortable using AI throughout exploration and production to work faster and push ideas further—while applying your own taste, originality, and quality control to the final result.
What we’re looking for
- Preferably 5–6 years of experience in brand and creative design,



with substantial agency experience. Agency experience is critical for this role.
- A portfolio showing original concepts, robust typography and visual systems, and work carried through to execution.
- An AI-first mindset: you actively experiment with emerging tools and can show how they improve your process and output.
- Speed and adaptability without sacrificing design quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present ideas, receive feedback, and work closely with a Dubai-based team.
