We are seeking an experienced Hostel Male Warden to oversee the daily operations and management of our hostel, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all residents.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the hostel.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep of hostel facilities.
- Organize and facilitate hostel events and activities.
- Address and resolve resident complaints and issues promptly.
- Maintain records of resident information and incidents.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Liaise with parents and guardians regarding resident welfare.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Social Work, or relevant field.




- 4-10 years of experience in hostel management or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic administrative and computer skills for record-keeping.
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures in a residential setting.
