### Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented **HR Recruiter** to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.

### Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through **Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels**.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
* Understand candidate skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and job preferences.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




* Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview feedback and offer closures.
* Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
* Maintain proper documentation and recruitment reports.

### Requirements

* **0.6 2 years of experience** in recruitment/HR.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
* Good knowledge of **MS Office/Excel**.
* Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with deadlines.
* Good command of **English and Hindi**.
* Candidates from Mumbai/Mira Road/Thane/Bhayandar preferred.
