The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and

finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations,

vendor management, and statutory compliance support. The candidate must be capable of independently

handling assigned finance processes with strong ownership and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping in Tally/ERP systems

· Handle invoice booking, vendor payments, and collection follow-ups

· Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations

· Manage daily finance operations and maintain proper documentation

· Coordinate with internal teams for invoices and finance-related queries





· Support GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance activities

· Maintain payment trackers, finance reports, and records

· Monitor expenses and highlight discrepancies or control gaps

· Support vendor management, payment tracking, and reconciliations

· Assist during audits and ensure adherence to financial controls and SOPs

· Maintain organized and audit-ready finance documentation at all times

· Independently drive assigned finance processes with ownership and accountability

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

· 2 to 4 years of experience in finance and accounting operations

· Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP systems

· Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,

reconciliations, and trackers

· Understanding of GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance processes
