Role: RAN System Integration, Operations & Technical Support

Key Responsibilities

- Support ORAN/RAN deployment, integration, troubleshooting and operations.

- Create and manage ODD (Office Dependent Configuration Data) for RAN elements.

- Provide technical support for deployment and triage issues with 3rd-party OEMs across CaaS and COTS platforms.

- Troubleshoot deployment and platform issues on Wind River, AWS and OpenShift (OCP).

- Handle configuration and troubleshooting of COTS hardware.

- Coordinate with customers and HQ for troubleshooting, bug fixes and technical issues.

- Provide technical support related to RAN technology and deployment.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of GSM, 4G/LTE and 5G/NR RAN architecture, call flows and protocol stacks.

- Hands-on experience in RAN fault and Air Interface troubleshooting.





- Good understanding of Open RAN and virtualization concepts.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, OpenStack and cloud/virtualization platforms.

- Experience with Wind River / AWS / VMware is required.

- Knowledge of mobility management and mobile broadband functions.

- Working knowledge of IP protocols, QoS and 3GPP standards.

- Understanding of RLC, MAC and Physical Layer protocols.

- Knowledge of RF antenna technologies and network optimization.

- Shell/Python scripting knowledge is preferred.

- CKA certification is preferred.
