About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and data driven business insights, driving strategic decision making

Responsibilities

- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate business reports

- Identify opportunities that directly impact and help in the betterment of user experience or business goals

- Extract,



verify and validate crucial business data requirements

- Work with the product and engineering teams to identify data gaps and opportunities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Good to have

- Experience working with Metabase, Matomo, SQL
