Position: Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical

Experience: 4 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimum machine downtime.

- Conduct regular inspection of machines, equipment, and production-related systems.

- Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth maintenance operations.

- Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, repairs, and spare parts.

- Identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of mechanical spare parts.

- Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements to enhance equipment efficiency.





- Supervise maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of repair work.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working setting.

- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for maintenance and repair activities, when required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Good understanding of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.

- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle breakdown situations.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintenance documentation.

- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and other internal teams.
