Requirements

Candidates with experience in E-commerce Seller Support or Customer Service can apply. Both International and Domestic Customer Service experience will be considered.



B2 level communication skills are mandatory. Candidates from Non-E-commerce Background Candidates from non-e-commerce backgrounds may also be considered. However, candidates must have International Customer Service experience. B2+ level communication skills are mandatory.
