Responsibilities:

- Ensure consistent plant availability through flexible staffing and operational readiness.

- Operate overhead cranes in compliance with safety and operational specifications.

- Prepare, operate, and safely tap electric arc furnaces to achieve optimal melting and production outcomes.

- Manage ladle furnace operations to properly prepare metal charges for continuous casting.

- Inspect refractory linings and prepare ladles for tapping, ensuring structural integrity and safety.

- Prepare casting strands at the continuous casting line according to established procedures.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in steel production, metalworking, rolling mills, or foundry operations

- Demonstrated knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and equipment operation

- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to recurring operational workflows

- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks in a high-temperature, industrial workplace
