Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Participate in face to face planning and requirements gathering w/business partners

Working with team members, leadership and business stakeholders to identify, develop and communicate the value in new and cutting-edge analytics use-cases

Experience in implementing data pipelines, analyses, and applications in a programming language such as Python, PySpark or R

Leading and supporting analytical requirements gathering, both bottom up (by exploring data) and top down (by communicating with the business partners) on various analytics initiatives across the business

Strong Relational Databases (UDB, PostgreSQL), strong SQL coding experience

Excellent problem solving, analytical, program management and organization skills

Self-motivated, driven and capable of working unsupervised

Supporting existing Palantir applications

Experience with Qlik sense a plus Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements: Job Description Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field Experience Essential:

8+ years professional development experience required

5+ years Proven experience in developing Web Applications and services using JAVA, Python v3+, Spring Framework, and other related technologies in Agile/DevOps environment

Expert-level knowledge of SQL, Python, PySpark and R, or similar language used for data analysis

Experience with data analytic warehouse such as Snowflake





4+ years' experience with Open-Source Web stack technologies including Bootstrap, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, React, GitHub, and Spring Boot

Strong Relational Databases (UDB, PostgreSQL), strong SQL coding experience

Deep understanding of API design concepts and standards (REST, SOAP, etc.)

Experience working in agile methodologies, test driven development, test automation & paired programming

Experience with OO Design Principles and Micro services architecture

Excellent problem solving, analytical, program management and organization skills

Experience working with several databases (relational, no-SQL, in-memory, I.e. Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis)

Understand Test-first/Test Driven Development (TDD).

Capable in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and pipelines such as Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc

Design resource-based API modelling, micro-services architecture Desirable:

Understanding and experience of Palantir Foundry Platform

Understanding and experience of machine learning algorithms

Able to present and explain technical findings to non-technical audiences to promote data-driven decision making

Ability to look for opportunities to utilize data to create business value

Use analytical techniques to create and drive adoption of data-based decisions and processes to add business value for internal customers. Ability to work well with a global team by understanding various cultures and personalities involved.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple small enhancements in a Cross functional setting Specific Skill Requirement Python, PySpark, R, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webservices, Relational Databases, SQL and experience in developing API's.
