1. Picking: Locate and gather the correct items, quantities, and SKUs using order slips, lists, or hand-held barcode scanners.
2. Inspecting: Check products for defects, damage, or missing parts before preparing them for delivery.
3. Packing: Choose the right boxes or containers, arrange items securely with protective padding, and seal packages.
4. Labeling: Apply accurate shipping labels, barcodes, and identification details to packages.
5. Inventory Control: Update computerized inventory logs and report low stock or damaged goods to supervisors.
6. Equipment Operation: Use warehouse tools like pallet jacks, hand trucks, or RF scanners safely.

Requirements and Skills

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (often preferred, but not always required).
