Hiring for Relationship Officer (RO) & Sales Manager

Candidate Criteria: Relationship Officer (RO)

- Experience in Open Market Sales.

- Experience in handling LAP (Loan Against Property) products.

- Candidate should preferably be from a BFSI/NBFC background.

- Strong field sales and business sourcing experience.

- Local candidates with field sales experience will be preferred.

- CTC up to 4.25 LPA.

- Maximum age: 30 years.

- Graduate degree is mandatory.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Candidate Criteria: Sales Manager (SM)

- Experience in DSA Channel Sales.

- Experience in handling LAP (Loan Against Property) products.

- Candidate should preferably be from a BFSI/NBFC background.

- Solid experience in DSA sourcing and channel management.

- Local candidates with field sales experience will be preferred.

- CTC up to 8.50 LPA.

- Maximum age: 33 years.

- Graduate degree is mandatory.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

- Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned marketSales Channel (Open Market / DSA)
