Senior DevOps Engg Location: Bengalore/Noida/Gurgoan

We are seeking a passionate problem solver who works closely with customers and team members to ensure system availability, operational excellence, and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong Azure cloud, DevOps, networking, and production support expertise, coupled with proven leadership capabilities in managing teams, projects, and client relationships.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can design secure cloud solutions, lead delivery teams, provide technical guidance, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Cloud, DevOps & Operations

- Design, deploy, monitor, and support cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

- Manage AKS, containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, perform RCA, and implement preventive actions.

- Monitor application, infrastructure, and platform health to ensure service availability.

- Drive operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.

Leadership & Delivery

- Lead a team of engineers and provide technical mentoring, coaching, and training.

- Plan, assign, and govern project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Prepare and present daily/weekly status reports, delivery updates, and customer communications.

- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.

- Act as the technical escalation point for critical issues and customer concerns

Networking & Security

- Provide technical leadership on networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPNs, Firewalls,



Load Balancers, and Subnetting.

- Troubleshoot connectivity, firewall, NSG, and network security issues.

- Ensure cloud solutions meet organizational security and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with clients, business teams, architects, developers, and support teams.

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

- Support business growth by identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to solution discussions.

Documentation & Governance

- Maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, reporting standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

- Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, DevOps, ITIL or Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.

- Experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Operations, Production Support, and Solution Delivery.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of 3-5 engineers, including planning, task allocation, project execution, and technical coaching.

- Strong experience working in production support, operations support, and maintenance projects.

- Experience managing incidents, problem management, RCA, and SLA-driven support environments.

- Hands-on experience deploying and managing secure Azure solutions using:
