Role Summary:

- Responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting AI-enabled agentic automations (UiPath, Microsoft Copilot Studio, etc.) and cloud-native, full-stack web applications that automate and modernize finance and business operations processes.
- 1Delivers scalable, secure, business-aligned solutions spanning agentic automation and web apps hosted on Azure Kubernetes (AKS), improving efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and decision-making.
- Works directly with Finance business users and IT teams to translate requirements into agentic automations and self-service apps across record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and compliance-driven processes - owning delivery end-to-end with minimal external dependency.
- Contributes across solution design, AI-assisted development, testing, CI/CD deployment, production support, and platform operations, adhering to enterprise security, governance, and audit standards.

Converts business mockups into production-grade full-stack apps, deploying to a managed Kubernetes environment, and supporting platform health, access control, and lifecycle.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Intelligent / Agentic Automation

- Strong hands-on UiPath Ecosystem (Studio, Orchestrator and Agentic AI), including Maestro, Action Center, HITL frameworks, AI Center, IXP, and UiPath Apps.
- Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Agents (Copilot Studio) with agent lifecycle management (Dev/Test/Prod config, governance, cross-workplace migration) and strong prompt engineering.
- Ability to build reusable UiPath libraries, components, and frameworks.
- Good to have: Healing Agents, Screenplay, Autopilot, Azure AI Foundry.

Full-Stack Application Development & Cloud Platform

- Hands-on full-stack development
- Practical use of AI-assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to build apps from mockups/requirements.
- Containerization and deployment/operations on Kubernetes (AKS preferred); CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
- Microsoft Azure - ACR, Blob/SQL/Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and Entra ID (Azure AD) Auth, OAuth, RBAC/group-based access; web architecture (NGINX ingress, APIs).
- Good to have: observability (Grafana), DevOps practices.

3. Integration, Data & Supporting Technologies

- API/MCP/Connectors-based integrations and enterprise connectivity (SAP, Snowflake, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- SharePoint Lists, SQL (MySQL/Azure SQL), structured/unstructured data; Python; Power Automate orchestration.

4. Soft Skills

- Clear communication of technical solutions to business users; independent requirement gathering.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- End-to-end ownership mindset covering automation, apps, and platform operations.
- Effective cross-functional/global collaboration; continuous learning of emerging AI/automation technologies.

Education

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field.

Experience

- 6-9 years overall in Intelligent Automation and/or full-stack development;
- Demonstrated experience building/deploying full-stack web apps on cloud/container platforms (Azure/AKS preferred), including AI-assisted development.
- Practical experience with AI-Enabled Automation, Agentic AI, or Copilot/agent-based solutions strongly preferred.
